PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Empire Blended WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE is a balanced blend of Stearate water repellents and other chemicals, which when used as an admixture forms an internal barrier against water penetration.  It will also increase the plasticity of mortar, reduce water absorption and thereby guard against freeze-thaw damage. It will not increase the air content of mortar or concrete.

USES:

• Mass concrete foundation walls
  
• Floors that must be watertight
  
• Cement stucco
  
• Mortar for setting masonry and glass block

ADVANTAGES:

• Reduces moisture absorption as much as 60%
  
• Reduces capillary action
  
• Reduces vapor transmission through walls and slabs
  
• Provides greater workability

Surface Preparation: 
Surface preparation would be the same for the product being used if waterproofing additive were not used.

Mixing: 
Thoroughly dry mix Empire Blended WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE into the product. Then add water and mix as per manufacturer=s instructions.

Placement: 
Placement is the same as if WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE were not used.

Curing:
Curing is the same as if WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE were not used.

Coverage: 
One 3 oz. bag will treat approximately 20 lbs. of Portland Cement.

Packaging: 
3 oz. bag - 100 bags per carton

Color: 
White

LIMITATIONS:

The same limitations for the product would apply as if WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE were not used.

CAUTION:

May cause redness of the skin. Eye contact may cause inflammation. Keep Out Of Reach Of Children.

Due to the use of this product beyond our control, we assume no liability for damages of any kind, and the user accepts the product "as is" and without warranties, expressed or implied, from either Empire Blended Products or its agents.  The suitability of the product for an intended use shall be solely up to the user.  Our only obligation shall be to replace or pay for any material proved defective, with our liability limited to the purchase price of materials supplied by us.
